Logo-Pneumatic Marking vs. Laser Marking

Brake discs and brake drums are often labeled with clients’ logo and technical parameters. Generally, we have two ways to label: Pneumatic Marking and Laser Marking

1.     Pneumatic Marking Machine

The pneumatic marking machine uses compressed air to drive a high-speed reciprocating marking needle to impact and etch characters, patterns, or marks onto the surface of the brake discs and drums. Pneumatic marking machine can produce relatively deep and clear marks.

2.     Laser Marking Machine

The laser marking machine uses laser beam to mark on the surface of the brake discs and drums, creating permanent marks. It marks without contact with the material surface and carves out exquisite patterns, trademarks and words.
